I would like to introduce to you all, one of our newest features, here at SE. It is called "With My Whole Heart" - and I believe it is my new favorite. (smile)...   [1 Corinthians 6:19-20] - Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.

Q: SINGLES AND WIVES (that means everyone), ARE YOU HONORING GOD WITH YOUR BODY? - Yes or No?
... What do I mean? If SINGLE (which means unmarried, so you are either married or single - no grey area), are you sincerely striving to live a life of celibacy? Yes or No? ... WIVES, are you remaining faithful to your husband? Are you seeking to please your husband sexually? Maintaining a healthy sex-life within your marriage? Yes or No? EVERYONE, are you taking care of your body physically? Nutrition, Fitness, Exercise, Purity? Do you abuse your body (smoking, alcohol and drug abuse, over-eating)? Yes or No?
>>>>If you answered "yes" to the questions relevant to your life - please share how it is you are managing to do so. Share anything that has blessed you in this area. In your quest to love God with your whole heart, what has helped you to remain committed in these areas?
>>>>If you search your heart, and find your answer to be "no" in any area. Please share. I am positive you are not alone in your struggles and the purpose here is to become better. The following scripture speak to the HEART of the matter (as well, I have listed additional verses at the end; I urge you all to take the time to search the word for yourselves. Look these scriptures up, write them on your heart, and apply them to your life):

{1 Thessalonians 4:3–7}
God's will is for you to be holy, so stay away from all sexual sin. Then each of you will control his own body and live in holiness and honor—not in lustful passion like the pagans who do not know God and his ways. Never harm or cheat a Christian brother in this matter by violating his wife, for the Lord avenges all such sins, as we have solemnly warned you before. God has called us to live holy lives, not impure lives. (NLT)

{1 Corinthians 7:1-5 }
Now for the matters you wrote about: “It is good for a man not to have sexual relations with a woman.” 2 But since sexual immorality is occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each woman with her own husband. 3 The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. 4 The wife does not have authority over her own body but yields it to her husband. In the same way, the husband does not have authority over his own body but yields it to his wife. 5 Do not deprive each other except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
