There are so many ways that YOU can get involved in the ministry! - But WHY should you get involved? Because God has placed GIFTS within you which become a BLESSING when you share them with your SISTERS.

"We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully." Romans 12:6-8 

WAYS TO GET INVOLVED:

• PARTICIPATE in the dialogue that takes place here and on the facebook page and group.  
• Become a RUBY Member!  
• Attend LOCAL Events and tune-in to our U-Stream broadcasts!
• Share SistersEVOLVE with the women in your life. Invite friends to local events.
• Become a SE Coordinator! Bring SE to YOUR city!

  If you are located in the Las Vegas area, there are additional ways to serve!!

1. Become a Greeter. Share the gift of your smile! Warmly welcome attendees to our local events and facilitate check-in process.

*2. Become a HEARTBEAT Ruby (Ministry of SE).  This team is coordinated by Sis Lauren. Imagine a "call center" with the purpose of contacting our Rubies AND general members to check on their hearts and offer prayer. Praise God. In the past, Lauren has been performing these heartbeat calls on her own, but glory to God, we have outgrown ONE person! Now she needs a team of RUBIES who have a heart for their sisters. Heartbeat Sisters will meet ONCE/month, for 60-90 minutes to perform Heartbeat calls. All you need is a sensitive and willing heart! 

*3.  Become A Vegas OutREACH Coordinator/Liason: This person will be responsible for coordinating our outreach efforts here in Vegas and will work very closely with SE Administration. The goal/vision is to partner with different outreach organizations in the city where SE Sisters can serve the community. Currently we are partnered with "Operation Hope" every 3rd Saturday, serving the needs of the homeless community of Las Vegas. In 2013, we'd like to expand our efforts. I'd like to get a person with a HEART for outreach & volunteering on board so that we can hit 2013 running. This could be you OR perhaps someone who has yet to connect with SE. If you know someone that fits this description - share SE with her. Perhaps our SE Reach Coordinator is a friend of yours.

4. SE Street Team – We are hitting the streets!! “He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all.” Mark 16:15 ‘Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. Luke 14:23 We are called to share God’s word/love with the world. We will meet monthly (wearing our SE t-shirts!) to canvass selected neighborhoods, going door-to-door with SE fliers and business cards, informing the women and young girls in our city of WHO we are, WHAT we are doing, and HOW they can join us and get connected. We will offer prayer for any who would so desire. This is going to be an exciting opportunity for anyone who loves God’s word, loves God’s people, and has a passion to see His kingdom expanding!

*5. Without Ceasing Prayer Ministry – Led by Sis Minnie Toombs. CALLING ALL WOMEN WITH A HEART FOR PRAYER!! If YOU are interested in joining us in PRAYING WITHOUT CEASING, please reach out to us and let us know. It is our desire to build this vital worldwide ministry of intercessory prayer!!  6. Photography Team – Do you love to capture memories on film? Do you have an eye for amazing candid shots? We are looking for at least 2 women with a passion for photography to document and capture our ministry’s priceless moments on film.  Note: You do not need to be a professional. 

*7. Administrative Assistant – Are you up for the CHALLENGE?! This person should be highly organized, quick-learner, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task, a team-player, computer literate and knowledgeable/comfortable with Microsoft Office Programs (power point, word, publisher, etc), knowledgeable/ comfortable on the internet, pay attention to detail… WELL, I suppose you get the picture. (smile). This person will work very closely with LaCrea to complete various administrative tasks, to include but not limited to New Ruby Member package preparations, managing the SE facebook page, SE mailings (postcards, etc), Newsletter Announcements (collecting/receiving information from Ruby Members), Spotlighting You (online and at MiniMeets), create/manage FB EVENTS,  and more (much much more). 

*8. Fundraising Team – Plan and coordinate quarterly fundraising efforts. 

9. Heart-to-Heart Academy (mentor program launching soon) – Looking for virtuous women willing to share their heart (Christ’s love), time, and resources with young girls in our community. Must obtain background check.

*10. SE “Let the Children Come” Childcare Ministry – As a women’s ministry, for women, by women, we know it is imperative that we be able to offer childcare during our events! Many of our members are mothers who would love to participate, but can’t simply because they do not have childcare options. To begin, it is our goal to offer childcare during our Mini-Meets and Ruby Events (if location permits). If you have a patient & kind heart the SE Childcare Ministry is for you. All Childcare staff will be required to obtain a background check. We would like to have a minimum of 4 teachers on board before we launch, six would be ideal. This will be so much more than simply “babysitting”. We will engage our children in prayer, praise & worship, bible study, scripture memorization, skits, and purposeful evolutionary dialogue of their very own!! We will begin with ages 4-13. (young ladies age 14 and up are welcome to attend all events)
